Email Authentication Mandates#

Major email providers (Google Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Microsoft) require SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication for all custom domain senders.

1. SPF Record (Sender Policy Framework)#

Add a TXT record at your domain root:

text
v=spf1 include:spf.bsbtsolutions.com ~all

2. DKIM Record (DomainKeys Identified Mail)#

In cPanel, go to Email Deliverability -> find your domain -> click Manage -> click Install Suggested Record to publish the 2048-bit cryptographic DKIM key.

3. DMARC Record#

Add a TXT record for _dmarc:

text
v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:postmaster@yourdomain.com; sp=none; aspf=r;

Test your score on Mail-Tester to verify a 10/10 rating.
