Setting Up Email Forwarders, Autoresponders, and Webmail Client Filters

• Forwarders: Automatically forward copies of all incoming emails to an external inbox (e.g. your personal Gmail). In cPanel, click Forwarders -> Add Forwarder.
• Autoresponders: Set up automatic vacation notices or receipt confirmations. Configure an interval (e.g. 8 or 24 hours) to avoid reply loops.
• Email Filters: Route messages by subject, sender, or spam score directly into subfolders.
