Automated Enterprise Backups#

Every Hostinov hosting account includes automated daily snapshots powered by JetBackup 5, stored on an isolated offsite storage cluster with 30 days of retention.

How to Restore Files or Databases#

   Log in to cPanel -> scroll to Files -> click JetBackup 5.

   For Files: Click File Backups -> select snapshot date -> click File Manager -> check specific files or folders -> click Restore Selected.

   For Databases: Click Database Backups -> select database and date -> click Restore.

   Download Archives: You can also download full account or database archives (.tar.gz) directly to your local computer.
